The home care service at Jurslavägen 36 is located in the pleasant area of Jursla. We are a team that works daily to make a difference in people's lives.

We provide approved services in the clients' homes and operate in the areas of Jursla, Åby, Ättetorp, and Svärtinge.

With a rehabilitative approach, we help our clients live a safe and independent life in their own homes, based on their individual needs.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently every day and become an important part of our ongoing work, where continuity and quality are in focus.

Your responsibilities

You provide individualized and professional care, addressing and meeting physical, mental, and social needs. You offer personal care that may include assistance with hygiene, dressing, and medication management.

You also contribute to a pleasant home environment by helping with household chores such as cleaning, shopping, and laundry.

In addition, you have an important social role where you create security and community through conversations, walks, or other activities that contribute to the client's well-being.

You work both independently and in good collaboration with colleagues and other professionals, together creating quality in care and support.

Documentation and registration of deviations are a natural part of your work to ensure good continuity and quality. You will also contribute to business development and follow the procedures in place regarding the work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in care and support work. It is advantageous if you have training in care and support.

As a person, you have the ability to work independently. You collaborate well with clients, colleagues, unit managers, and other stakeholders.

You easily build good relationships and actively contribute to a positive work environment.

You are flexible and can adapt when plans change during the day.

You are solution-oriented and work to provide the best possible care for our clients. You focus on the client's needs and work from a rehabilitative approach.

You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Since we are located in Jursla, a B driver's license is required. You should also be able to cycle.
